Rishi Nandiraju, a Chemical Engineering graduate from the National University of Singapore (NUS), exemplifies a unique blend of academic excellence and entrepreneurial vision. With a second major in the Innovation and Design Programme (IDP), Rishi has developed a deep passion for innovation, driving him to establish Innorini Private Limited—a company dedicated to the research and development of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.

Rishi's inspiration for Innorini was born out of his experiences in the Singapore Armed Forces, where he witnessed firsthand the physical and mental challenges faced by servicemen. This sparked the creation of Innolyte, a revolutionary product designed to enhance performance and accelerate recovery for frontline personnel.

Today, Rishi leads several groundbreaking projects in the lab, applying design thinking to ensure each product is tailored to the specific needs of its users. Among his most notable achievements are Innolax Essential & Detox, which have demonstrated exceptional efficacy in combating chronic constipation while detoxifying the liver and body from harmful toxins—significantly improving users' overall well-being. This innovative project was honored with the Most Innovative Project Award by the NUS Department of Innovation & Design, further cementing Rishi's reputation as a trailblazer in his field.
