Orders, Promotions, and Samples
Please note that the availability of products for your order on the Website is subject to product stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your online order has been processed, you will be notified via email.
Each order is subject to our acceptance and confirmation. Upon acceptance, an Order Confirmation will be sent to you by email.
All promotions and samples are subject to availability and the prevailing terms and conditions.
Prices displayed at the checkout are final unless an error occurs. If Innorini identifies an error in the price of a product you have ordered, you will be informed promptly, and you will have the option to proceed with your order at the correct price or cancel it. Failure to contact you will result in the order being canceled, and you will be refunded.
Cancellation of Order
Innorini does not accept cancellations or modifications of an order once it has been confirmed. Therefore, it's essential to ensure that you order the correct items.
Innorini reserves the right to cancel an order, or part thereof, at any time without providing reasons, and you will be informed of such cancellations via email. Appropriate refunds will be issued.
Product Information
While we strive to portray products on the Website as accurately as possible, variations in color and texture may occur based on your monitor's accuracy.
All materials and information relating to the products presented by Innorini are intended for personal or informational use only. The products available on the Website are for personal use, and you are prohibited from selling or reselling any products without explicit permission from Innorini.

Delivery Information
Please note that delivery service is available for valid residential and office addresses within Singapore and international destinations. Deliveries to hotels are not provided.
Delivery Charges
All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation. Working days refer to Monday to Saturday and exclude Sundays, public holidays, and blackout dates imposed by Innorini. No delivery service is available on Sundays, public holidays, or blackout dates.
The earliest delivery date will be 3 working days from the order date. Delivery will be fulfilled within one month from the order date, unless otherwise stated, or in cases of delays beyond Innorini's control.
Delivery will occur on the specified date and time indicated in the Order Confirmation. If a time slot is unavailable, Innorini may reschedule and contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
You are responsible for ensuring a recipient is present to receive the delivery and sign the Innorini Delivery Note during the specified time slot. Redeliveries will incur additional fees at your expense.
Payment
Innorini accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Amex. Once an order is submitted online, the mode of payment cannot be changed.
Fraud Protection Policy
Innorini screens all received orders for fraud or unauthorized activity and reserves the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
Currency
All prices on the Website are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Warranties
Innorini provides products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Website, Materials, and products. No warranties of any kind, whether implied or express, are granted.
Availability, Promotions, Refund, and Exchange
Innorini may modify, discontinue, or substitute products or services without prior notice. If your paid product or service is affected and remains undelivered, you may exchange it for a product or service of equal or higher value.
All products, services, and membership credits sold are non-refundable. Requests for refunds will only be considered in specific cases, as detailed in this section.
You may request to exchange a product or service for another of equal or higher value within 7 days of payment. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Redemption of online discounts or promotions cannot be combined with other promotions or credit card discounts and is limited to one redemption per receipt.
Exclusion of Warranties
Innorini does not guarantee the success of any product or service and excludes all implied warranties under the law.
Termination
Innorini reserves the right to terminate or withhold products and services in the case of a breach of these Terms, mistreatment or abuse of staff, or the making of false or defamatory statements.
General Terms Applicable to Website and In-Store Purchases and Transactions
Exclusion of Liability
Innorini shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other indirect damages, arising from:
Access, use, or inability to access or use the Website.
System, server, or connection failures, errors, interruptions, or computer viruses.
Use or access to any other linked website.
Damage to products during delivery.
Mishandling, misuse, and abuse of products.
Use of products in any manner, whether foreseeable or not.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Third Parties' Rights
No person has the right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act. The term "person" includes individuals, companies, corporations, partnerships, associations, organizations, trusts, states, and agencies, whether or not possessing separate legal personality.
