MAGTASIL Antacid Mixture contains Magnesium Tricilicate, Light Magnesium Carbonate and Sodium Bicarbonate which neutralises stomach acid.

Active Ingredients

• Magnesium Trisilicate BP 5% w/v

• Light Magnesium Carbonate BP 5% w/v

• Sodium Bicarbonate 5% BP w/v

Uses

• Relief for gastric pain, heartburn and indigestion due to excessive acid.

• It acts by neutralizing the acid

Shake well before use.

Adults and children above 12 years of age:

• Take one to three teaspoons (5mL to 15mL), to be repeated in accordance with the patients need. (One teaspoon is about 5mL).

MAGTASIL generally alters the absorption of other drugs and therefore should be given 1-2 hours apart from intake of Tetracyclines or Iron salts.

• Store in cool, dry place.

• Keep out of reach of children.
